Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Currently we don't offer direct exchanges — please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you'd prefer.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us right away and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
